Technical Project
Manager
A Technical Project Manager at our client is responsible for managing projects to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget, and scope. Their duties include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders and executing each step of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the development of team goals and objectives based on the project plan; manage resources and monitor project progress and performance to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met.
- Socialize ideas, make recommendations, develop plans, and gather consensus to move forward.
- Align the audience to organizational goal outcomes, create engagement and empower teams.
- Partner as a technical liaison between clients and engineering teams.
- Partner with sponsors and project team leads to estimate the scope and costs of projects.
- Communicate with the engineering team, client, and stakeholders via weekly and quarterly reporting via detailed reports and presentations: including schedules, project timelines, and potential risks according to PMO standard methodology and artifacts.
- Coordinate and attend all status meetings.
- Support internal governing bodies including steering committees, investment review boards, and portfolio managers.
- Manage project administration and financials (e.g., budget to actuals).
- Interface with client personnel as needed for progress updates, resource coordination, etc.
- Assist with growing the team including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
- Lead and coordinate design/implementations with internal team and external partners.
- Access risks and assist with creative ideas for mitigating risks along with solutions to timely and efficiently maintain project goals.
- Contribute to project management discipline process improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Ability to plan and manage the execution of complex, yet detailed, work efforts across multiple groups, including leading teams through all project development and planning cycles.
- Excellent organizational skills; Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Demonstrated ability to interact with senior management/leadership, external stakeholders, as well as other team members.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team and across the organization matrix to achieve group and organizational goals.
- Willingness to travel, based on client and organizational needs.
- Familiarity with general technologies included in managed services; Experience
implementing the following and/or related: - New Data Centers
- Document Management Systems (iManage, NetDocuments, etc.)
- Monitoring Tools (LogicMonitor, etc.)
- Service Desk Tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
- Microsoft Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (Active Directory, Exchange, Lync and SharePoint)
- Virtualization Platforms (Nutanix, VMware, etc.)
- Data Storage Technologies, Data BackupEnterprise Networking
(WAN, SDWAN, MPLS, DIA, etc.) - PC and Application Deployment/Management; Deployment/User scheduling
- Deployment process coordination.
- Security (Security Operations, Pen/vulnerability testing, SOC2 and ISO audits, firewalls, etc.)
- Disaster Recovery
- ITIL process implementation and improvement (Incident, Change, Problem, Event, etc.)
- Enterprise and solution integration
Education / certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Management Information Systems,
Computer Science, or related field required; PMP certification a plus.
Language Requirements
- Bilingual – (English /Spanish) – Professional – Read- Write – Speak

Remote – LATAM (Candidate can work remotely from any location in Latin America)
