Salesforce Business Analyst & Advanced Administrator
We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst & Advanced Administrator to support the build of a brand-new enterprise Salesforce implementation. This strategic role combines deep platform knowledge with analytical rigor to design, configure, and evolve Salesforce solutions that enhance our CRM, policy administration, claims, and billing capabilities.
You will collaborate closely with operations, underwriting, claims, and billing teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring advanced configuration skills, strong documentation practices, and a business mindset. You must be willing and able to travel 1-2 times per quarter to Florida to meet face-to-face with the business and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements across multiple functions (CRM, Policy, Claims, Billing).
- Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flow, Reports, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Validation Rules).
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, automation, and user roles.
- Develop user stories and process documentation to guide development and end-user adoption.
- Lead testing activities (UAT), manage feedback, and ensure successful release cycles.
- Provide post-implementation support and champion continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years Salesforce administration or business analysis experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Admin preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Communities and Experience Cloud.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing declarative automation (Flow Builder, Approval Processes).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, object relationships, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience in facilitating discovery workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in CRM, policy management, claims, or billing domains.
- Experience working with external user communities and self-service portals.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations and data migrations.
