During this period, the centralized QA strategy facilitated full-stack and end-to-end validations, with a particular emphasis on advanced automation for regression and smoke testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, SQL, and Python.
The team provided continuous support and training to internal resources, thereby extending QA capabilities within the organization.
Notable achievements included enhancing payment applications and member portals for improved user experiences in claims clearing automation, implementing QA strategies for legal compliance updates across seven countries, and ensuring data integrity with legacy systems for data warehouse and data lake projects.
Additionally, QA support was provided for the rollout and enhancement of ServiceNow in back-office operations. Ascend’s strategic QA integration not only bolstered product reliability but also enabled the insurance provider to quickly adapt to market changes with minimal disruption, reflecting a deep commitment to quality and efficiency.
