Job Description

• Function as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product meets the needs of both internal and external customers.
•  Develop and maintain a technical strategy, enhancement and roadmap for POP in alignment with product vision and State Fund’s business objectives.
• Define POP product vision, setting priorities, and maximizing POP value to our customers and internal users.
• Document product change requirements, readiness assessment, stakeholder analysis and Status Reports for each assigned product.
• Identify opportunities for technological enhancements and innovations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support user acceptance testing via weekly status meetings to document progress of test script creation and execution as well as identify, troubleshoot and resolve any issues and/or roadblocks.
• Work in coordination with Change Management for all product changes scheduled to be released.
• Conduct monthly release management checkpoints with product business teams to ensure business activities (UAT, Defects, Change-Management, etc.) are planned and executed.

Minimum Education, Experience, and Other

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related. Foreign equivalent degree accepted.
• 60 months’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst required.
• JIRA, Confluence, SQL required.
